Shipping & Delivery

All in stock items are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Transit times vary depending on location, carrier, and shipping method.

Our preferred shipper is UPS, and by default packages will ship via UPS Ground. A shipping time in transit map for UPS ground can be viewed below. When you check out you will have the option to select either Ground, Three Day, Second Day, or Next Day shipping, and see the actual freight cost before checking out. Shipping rates are determined by your location, the product weight, and in certain cases by the size of the product. UPS shipments are insured and are trackable online. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an order confirmation email including a tracking number. You can also check if your order has shipped by logging into your account, or by clicking the “Order Status” link on our home page. Please note that Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Shipping times include business days only.

UPS will not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO locations. For this reason we also offer US Postal Service (USPS) shipping. USPS shipping is insured, but you will be unable to track the progress of your package online. Delivery times may vary.

For all shipments a complete and accurate shipping address is required. RecreationOutlet.com does not refund freight charges on packages that are returned as undeliverable. Any freight charges assessed by the shipper for returning a refused package will also be the customer's responsibility.
