I'm 6'1" and 200 lbs. My feet hang off this pad and it's not wide enough for my arms to stay off the ground. When rolling from one side to the other, my hips will impact the ground. It offers almost no insulation from the ground.
That having been said, the construction seems high quality and I still use it. Next time, though, I'd get something like the Thermarest NeoAir All Season SV LARGE. Hips don't impact the ground when you move and has the speed valve, which would be really nice.
I got one of these when I started camping based on other reviews and it is still one of my go to pads. Packs small, light, and really affordable. Here's a good review of it: https://youtu.be/w6IjXvEMOHI
